Michael W. Halstead is the co- founder, president, and CEO of Yachtstore. He has over four decades of experience in the business world, including 40 years of marketing and management in sports and sports television. Before becoming involved with Yachtstore in 1999, Mr. Halstead was a senior executive officer with IMG and Transworld International. He later founded and managed Sports & Company, which he sold to the Interpublic Group. Mr. Halstead brings a passion for detail-oriented and superior service to all of Yachtstore’s clients.
Stevenson Ward is the CFO of Yachtstore. Prior to joining the company, he was senior vice president of administration and executive vice president of
Sanofi-Syntheabo, with 1,800 employees and annual sales of more than $1 billion. Mr. Ward also served as vice president of finance and administration of the pharmaceutical group at Sterling Winthrop, and he spent 14 years with General Electric in operational analysis management. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force.
Linda J. Hoffman Travel Consultant, Houston, TX. Linda has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of luxury travel products and programs — tours, cruises, yacht charters, villa rentals and custom independent travel. Linda has served in sales and management positions for Carlson Travel Group, Neiman Marcus Travel and Horchow Travel.
Nancy Latinette Over the past two decades, Nancy has developed deep experience, expertise and many good contacts and relationships in the worldwide yacht charter community. She has served in senior positions as a yacht charter broker, charter manager and event specialist, and throughout her career has been a well known and respected member of our industry’s leading organizations. She has a true passion for boating and has also served as crew on charter yachts to learn and appreciate the charter business from all angles. Nancy has traveled the world to personally inspect and familiarize herself with the thousands of yachts and crews she offers for charter.
